We’re delighted to announce that two of our favourite acts will be coming to our favourite venue this Easter, as Endless Window presents a special co-headline show from Rattle and Myles Manley at The Cumberland Arms on Saturday 20th April. Advance tickets are available now on WeGotTickets: https://www.wegottickets.com/event/464750

PLAYING LIVE:

Myles Manley
Myles Manley’s consistently inventive, provocative and idiosyncratic take on guitar pop has made him a repeat Endless Window favourite since we first hosted him in 2016, playing with other EW highlights like Roxy Girls and The Unit Ama. With a new album scheduled for release in April, we’re delighted to bring back Myles and his band for what’s set to be another thrilling, vibrant show.

Rattle
Stripped back beyond the point of minimalism, Rattle use percussion and vocals to create hypnotic, layered compositions that combine rhythmic experimentation with moments of sheer euphoria. Following last year’s superb Sequence album for Thrill Jockey Records, Rattle are in higher demand that ever (with the duo set to tour with EX HEX this May), so this appearance at The Cumberland Arms is not to be missed.

Late Girl
Equal parts incisive, irreverent and surreal, Late Girl incorporates electroacoustic composition, unexpected samples, skewed harmony and subversive wit into her eclectic and exciting work. Having amazed Endless Window attendees last March in support of Nano Kino and N /\ L /\ (and wowed at last year’s Northern Electric Festival), we’re very happy that Late Girl will be bringing her new set to The Cumberland Arms this Easter.

Slurs
Local power-pop heroes bring a wall of fuzzy delights to open up the evening. Often compared to the likes of Dinosaur Jr., Slurs are the sweet spot between amplifier din and sweet melodic delight. Recently expanded to a quartet with the addition of Kevin Rajiah (Baker Island / Lump Hammer), don’t miss your dose of these perennial Tyneside favourites.

***PLEASE NOTE: BOTH RATTLE AND MYLES MANLEY WILL BE PLAYING FULL HEADLINE SETS. FINAL RUNNING ORDER WILL BE CONFIRMED NEARER TO THE EVENT.***
