What could be better on a winter’s Sunday than sitting in a warm friendly pub with a pint or a bloody mary, reading a paper or playing a board game with friends?
Well, doing all those things with music from Jumpin’ From Stagger Lee.
Throughout the winter, on the last Sunday of every month, Stagger Lee will be setting himself up in the corner of the Cumberland Arms’ back room with his decks and a big pile of records.
This won’t be music for dancing. It’ll be music for listening, for sitting, for indulging. An aural hug, if you will…
So expect the slower, more reflective end of soul, blues, reggae, folk, jazz and whatever else takes his fancy.
