It’s a massive Prancey Dog “welcome back”to Mush, the Leeds band that specialises in wryly-observational, exquisite lo-fi guitar pop. Newly signed to Memphis Industries, MUSH’s latest release “Induction Party” features both consolidation and progression. The band is now cemented as more of a song writing entity than the “noise project” they would describe their early incarnation. Debut single “Alternative Facts” received regular radio play from Marc Riley and Steve Lamacq. Much of Induction Party hones “Alternative’s Facts” and follow-up single, the BBC6 music playlisted “Gig Economy”‘s slanted take on social and political trends.

Support from the mighty Swine Tax and the wonderful James Leonard Hewitson.
